Les fibres (fruits, l\u00e9gumes, avoine, lentilles) compl\u00e8tent le duo gagnant.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Bouger pour booster le m\u00e9tabolisme<\/h2>\n<p>Pas besoin de souffrir. Le corps br\u00fble davantage quand il bouge r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement : 30 minutes de marche rapide augmentent d\u00e9j\u00e0 la d\u00e9pense calorique et am\u00e9liorent la sensibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019insuline. Le combo id\u00e9al ? Un peu de cardio pour br\u00fbler, un peu de renforcement pour gagner du muscle, beaucoup de r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 pour que \u00e7a dure.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Faire du sport qui pla\u00eet\u2026 parce que le cerveau adore \u00e7a<\/h2>\n<p>Quand on appr\u00e9cie une activit\u00e9, le cerveau lib\u00e8re de la dopamine, ce qui augmente la motivation et la constance. Et c\u2019est l\u00e0 que se joue 90 % de la perte de poids. Football, musculation l\u00e9g\u00e8re, natation, rando, boxe : choisir une activit\u00e9 plaisante est bien plus efficace qu\u2019un programme parfait mais abandonn\u00e9 apr\u00e8s trois s\u00e9ances.<\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9duction des boissons sucr\u00e9es est l\u2019un des leviers les plus efficaces scientifiquement prouv\u00e9s. Ce sont des calories liquides, absorb\u00e9es tr\u00e8s vite, qui provoquent des pics d\u2019insuline. Enfin, inutile de viser la perfection. Le poids bouge lentement, parfois par paliers.
